- • Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise-grade software solutions using Python and Angular for clients in financial services, healthcare, media, and technology industries.
- • Collaborate within Helix Pods to deliver AI-native products and intelligent agents that drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition for global clients.
- • Apply the Product Mindset methodology — Minimize Time to Value, Solve for Need, and Excel at Change — to ensure all features align with client business outcomes and user needs.
- • Participate in end-to-end product development cycles from conceptual design through market launch and post-launch optimization using the Lightwave Methodology.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
- • Build and maintain responsive, performant frontend interfaces using Angular, ensuring seamless integration with Python-based backend services and APIs.
- • Develop robust, secure, and scalable backend systems in Python, leveraging frameworks such as Django or Flask to support complex business logic and data processing workflows.
- • Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical debt reduction initiatives to uphold engineering excellence and code quality standards.
- • Engage in continuous improvement practices by adopting new tools, libraries, and best practices in Python and Angular ecosystems to enhance product performance and developer productivity.
- • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos as part of globally distributed development teams.
- • Ensure all solutions are built with portability and openness in mind, aligning with 3Pillar’s HelixAI platform architecture and long-term maintainability goals.
- • Communicate technical progress, blockers, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

- • Support knowledge sharing and mentorship within the engineering team to foster a culture of learning and high-performance engineering.

- • Stay current with emerging trends in enterprise AI, cloud-native development, and modern web technologies to inform product innovation and technical decision-making.
