📋 Description

• As a Senior Software Engineer on DriveTime's Evolve engineering team, you will help modernize critical legacy green-screen applications running on IBM i/DB2 into reliable, cloud-hosted systems, directly supporting the company's mission to put the right customer in the right vehicle on the right terms.
• Day to day, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Angular and .NET, translate mainframe-era workflows into clean APIs, build RESTful and GraphQL services, create Angular-based SPAs, contribute to event-driven solutions, write testable code, own engineering solutions end-to-end, ensure security and compliance, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews.
• You will join the DriveTime Family of Brands — the largest privately owned used car sales, finance, and servicing company in the nation — headquartered in Tempe, Arizona and Dallas, Texas, operating across DriveTime, Bridgecrest, and SilverRock with a focus on technology and innovation.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack modernization, cloud-native architectures (Azure), event-driven systems, and legacy system transformation while growing as a technical leader through mentorship and collaboration with product, business, and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with C# and .NET
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong experience developing APIs using RESTful and/or GraphQL approaches
• Solid Angular experience for front-end development
• Experience designing and working with event-driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures
