📋 Description

• As a Senior Software Engineer at Traackr Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s data-driven influencer marketing platform by designing, building, and evolving scalable backend systems that power critical customer-facing features and internal operations. Your work will directly impact how global brands optimize influencer investments, streamline campaigns, and scale programs through reliable, high-performance technology.
• You will own end-to-end development of distributed systems, including data processing pipelines, API integrations, and product-facing services, ensuring they are robust, observable, and aligned with business goals. This includes framing problems, defining success metrics, implementing solutions, deploying safely, and operating reliably in production while maintaining high standards of code quality and system resilience.

• You will leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development cycles and apply an experimentation mindset to validate technical decisions—versioning and evaluating changes (including prompts and configurations), measuring impact with data, and building observability and regression safeguards to ensure quality and stability as systems evolve over time.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering to translate complex requirements into technical designs that balance innovation, scalability, and maintainability, while advocating for best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing, helping to elevate team capability and foster a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety.
• Contribute to the evolution of Traackr’s platform by identifying technical debt, proposing improvements, and participating in blameless postmortems to strengthen system reliability and team learning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted development, bringing informed perspectives to technical strategy discussions and helping shape the long-term vision of the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in backend development, distributed systems, and API design.
• Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js) and experience building scalable, production-grade services.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Proven ability to design and optimize data processing pipelines and work with relational and/or NoSQL databases at scale.
• Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) and practices for monitoring, alerting, and debugging complex systems in production.
• Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs for code generation, prompt engineering) to enhance development efficiency and quality.
