📋 Description

• As a Principal Solution Architect at Camunda, you sit at the intersection of deep technical expertise and strategic impact.
• You're the go-to specialist for our most strategic opportunities which requires a strong technical foundation and a passion for engaging with prospects to solve complex challenges through our innovative process orchestration & automation products.
• You'll work closely with our Sales Engineers to show enterprise customers how Camunda integrates into even the most complex IT environments, and how it can become a cornerstone of their digital transformation.
• From owning end-to-end Proof of Concepts to advising on solution architecture, strategic adoption roadmaps and developing reusable assets, your work directly shapes how our most important customers realize value from Camunda.
• Collaborate closely with prospects to understand their business objectives and technical needs, and translate them into tailored Camunda solutions.
• Conduct compelling technical presentations and demos for a variety of stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Lead the design and implementation of POCs to showcase the effectiveness and adaptability of Camunda's software.
• Formulate strategic adoption roadmaps that provide a clear path to value at scale that’s aligned with the prospect’s strategic vision.
• Work alongside a cross functional sales team, offering technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a cohesive and convincing sales strategy.
• Convey client feedback to the product management and engineering teams to inform product enhancement and identify new market opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar technical presales role with experience in sales and explaining product benefits to customers.
• Strong Java programming skills and deep understanding of how software, cloud services, and enterprise systems work.
• A proven aptitude for critical thinking, innovative problem-solving, and tailoring software solutions to meet unique customer challenges and requirements.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (native or C1/C2 proficiency).
