- • As a Senior Solution Architect at M-Files Corporation, you will serve as a Subject Matter and Solution Expert in M-Files software and Systems Integration, playing a critical role in driving customer success through technical leadership on key engagements.
- • You will work closely with customers and project teams to discuss needs, translate business requirements into technical solution designs, and oversee delivery validation to ensure quality and reliability across multiple concurrent customer implementations.
- • M-Files is a global leader in context-first document management, serving over 6,000 customers in 100+ countries with AI-native solutions that unify information across silos and automate processes, guided by principles of Make It Happen, Help Others, and Love Customers.
- • In this role, you will mentor junior consultants, lead technical design on projects, influence project direction, and gain exposure to advanced AI-native solutions while developing expertise in enterprise information management and systems integration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, enterprise software consulting, or related technical delivery environments.
- • Strong experience designing and delivering solutions within enterprise information management, content services, workflow automation, or document management ecosystems.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- • Experience with M-Files or comparable enterprise platforms is considered a strong advantage.
- • Demonstrated experience leading complex customer implementations and serving as a technical lead across multiple concurrent engagements.
- • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including cloud and on-premises infrastructure, databases, authentication systems, APIs, and application integrations.
