- • As a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Fabric Health, you will set the technical vision for the healthcare platform, applying strategic thinking and deep technical expertise to build systems that power the core product and drive platform-level impact in improving healthcare accessibility.
- • You will architect and develop the Ruby on Rails backend for high performance, scalability, and security; develop the React front end for intuitive user experiences; act as a technical authority guiding architectural decisions and code quality; collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical teams; drive adoption of new technologies; and contribute to the long-term product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development in a cross-functional agile team
- • Deep, demonstrable expertise in Ruby on Rails
- • Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with current trends and challenges
- • Proven experience designing and developing well-tested, secure, and documented software solutions
