- • As a Senior Solution Consultant at Pluralsight, you serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor who empowers organizations to unlock the full potential of their technology workforce by demonstrating how Pluralsight’s platform drives measurable skill transformation and business impact.
- • You will lead high-value technical sales engagements by crafting and delivering customized, value-based product demonstrations to enterprise executives and decision-makers, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that align with customer goals.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting customer business and solution discovery sessions, owning the presales value engineering lifecycle—including ROI modeling, financial justification, and value discovery—and acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for Pluralsight’s Skills platform and Professional Services offerings to support assigned sales teams.
- • You will own and drive pilot implementations from initiation to completion, manage customer security responses, and assist Public Sector sales teams in interpreting and responding to technical requirements in RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with compliance and procurement standards.
- • You will develop structured workflows for technical sales requests, contribute to the creation of marketing and enablement materials, and serve as the go-to technical resource for the sales team, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness in customer-facing interactions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales engineering experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- • Strong operational understanding balanced by highly-effective interpersonal skills
- • Ability to effectively influence senior-level customer decision makers
- • Excellent business understanding with ability to simplify complex technical subjects for non-technical audiences
