📋 Description

• • Lead project initiatives across the Ventures innovation lifecycle, including Discovery, Pilot, Prove, and Scale phases, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery.
• • Conduct comprehensive competitor assessments to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, providing data-driven insights to shape innovation strategy.
• • Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with established program management frameworks to deliver solution development initiatives.
• • Prototype innovation business cases by identifying and proposing viable solutions that influence the innovation pipeline and strategic roadmap.
• • Design and deliver products and services that align with customer needs, leveraging existing systems and approved methodologies to select optimal approaches.
• • Conduct primary research to gather and analyze key industry themes, trends, and market data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• • Utilize established knowledge management systems to consistently deliver predefined outcomes within assigned areas of responsibility.
• • Identify inefficiencies in current processes, systems, or procedures and apply formal change management programs to implement improvements.
• • Develop, test, and maintain operational procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• • Promote a culture of innovation by fostering creativity, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork across departments.
• • Continuously enhance personal capabilities through formal training, coaching, professional development activities, and external accreditation where applicable.
• • Stay current with evolving technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices through ongoing education, conference attendance, and specialist media consumption.
• • Deliver clear, compelling presentations and public speaking engagements to internal and external stakeholders to communicate solutions and drive buy-in.
• • Collaborate closely with Ventures team members and leadership to align project outcomes with organizational goals and innovation priorities.
• • Maintain proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• • Travel up to five times per year, including occasional trips to Staples, MN, for meetings, professional development, or team activities, with advance notice provided.
