📋 Description
- • Senior Solution Consultant role focused on delivering endpoint security solutions for a critical U.S. Public Sector customer, ensuring successful deployment, operation, and sustainment of Trellix cybersecurity technologies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating technical project plans, deploying and tuning Trellix Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems, leading troubleshooting efforts, developing SOPs and playbooks, monitoring system health, and collaborating with customer stakeholders and internal Trellix teams.
- • Part of the Professional Services Delivery team supporting a global cybersecurity leader that protects over 50,000 business and government customers through AI-driven, automated security platforms.
- • Opportunity to deepen expertise in enterprise cybersecurity operations, lead technical initiatives for federal clients, and develop advanced skills in Trellix product ecosystems while supporting national security missions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
- • 5+ years of technical experience in enterprise network technology planning, deployment, or operations
- • Experience with Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS), ePO, DLP, EDR, TIE, and DXL
- • Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- • DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 compliant cybersecurity certification
- • B.S. or higher in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related technical field
