📋 Description

• As a Senior Solutions Architect at Abacum, you will own the end-to-end technical integration experience for customers, ensuring reliable and fast data flow into the Abacum platform from scoping to post-launch validation.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include scoping and designing integrations for complex systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Workday; resolving Tier 2 integration escalations; partnering with Sales on strategic deals; building integration playbooks; collaborating with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities; and mentoring a Junior Integration Specialist.
• Abacum is a fast-growing global leader in Business Planning software for finance teams, founded by former CFOs, backed by $100M+ in funding, and trusted by industry leaders across 30+ nationalities with headquarters in New York and offices in London and Barcelona.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in EPM/CPM/FP&A systems, strengthen your ability to bridge finance and technical teams, shape integration best practices, and grow as a technical leader in a high-impact, customer-centric function.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant, ideally at an EPM/CPM/FP&A vendor
• Hands-on experience with at least one major source system: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday Financials, Oracle/Hyperion, or SAP; NetSuite certifications are a strong plus
• Solid FP&A domain understanding, including knowledge of close, budget, forecast, and reporting processes
• Strong communication skills to translate between finance, IT, and engineering teams without friction
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
