- • As a Senior Solutions Architect at Sanity, you will ensure enterprise customers successfully adopt and maximize value from Sanity’s AI-powered Content Operating System by aligning technical implementation with business goals.
- • You will lead customized onboarding workshops, maintain ongoing technical relationships with customer stakeholders, and guide developers through feature demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and implementation planning.
- • You’ll collaborate with account managers to identify expansion opportunities, support sales cycles with technical workshops, and create learning materials, guides, and plugins that accelerate customer adoption.
- • Acting as a customer advocate, you’ll relay product feedback to internal teams, partner with Support Engineering to resolve challenges, and assist marketing and product teams in customer engagement initiatives like webinars and events.
- • This role offers the chance to deepen expertise in both technical architecture and customer-facing consulting, blending solution design with interpersonal influence in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in a software development role
- • Advanced experience with at least one of the following frameworks: React, Vue, Angular, or Astro
- • Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations
- • Experience implementing headless CMS, headless ecommerce, or working as a Solution Engineer/Solution Architect at a developer-focused SaaS
- • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- • Proven experience developing solutions with customers, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational and time management skills
