- • Conduct compelling in-person and online product demonstrations for Semperis security and identity solutions to federal and commercial customers.
- • Lead technical presentations and assist sales directors in delivering ROI-based business cases to prospective clients.
- • Perform hands-on proof-of-concept technical installations directly with customers to validate solution effectiveness.
- • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop winning sales strategies and uncover new product opportunities based on customer feedback.
- • Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points within large-scale directory services environments of 10,000+ users.
- • Translate customer business, technical, and financial goals into customized technical solutions using Semperis products.
- • Document and convey technical requirements from customers to internal engineering and product teams, and vice versa.
- • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to prospects and partners throughout the sales cycle.
- • Partner with sales to create requirements documents, proposals, presentations, and ROI models for customer engagements.
- • Coordinate with support specialists, consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless transition of pre-sales requirements into implementation.
- • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Semperis products and emerging trends in identity and access management, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
- • Travel up to 50% to customer sites, industry events, and company locations to support sales initiatives and technical engagements.
- • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to influence future product development based on real-world use cases.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both business and technical stakeholders at customer organizations.
- • Maintain awareness of competitive identity and security product landscapes, including technical differentiators and market positioning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Residing in the Washington D.C. metro area
- • 5-10 years working in an enterprise IT or enterprise software organization
- • Deep working knowledge of Active Directory or Okta, with experience administering, architecting, or managing an environment of at least 10,000 users
- • Awareness of the identity and access management and infosec product landscapes, including technical features of competing products
- • Experience conducting customer software product demonstrations
- • Experience building technical proofs of concept directly with customers
