- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Cloudera, you will be at the forefront of empowering organizations to transform complex data into clear and actionable insights. You will serve as the technical leader within sales account teams, playing a pivotal role in securing the technical win for every sales opportunity and fostering enduring customer relationships to ensure their business success with Cloudera's cutting-edge technologies.
- • You will own the entire technical sales process, from initial introductory meetings for net-new sales to post-sales activities, including ensuring customer satisfaction, driving upsells, and facilitating subscription renewals. This comprehensive ownership ensures a seamless and value-driven experience for our clients.
- • A key responsibility will be to support the technical needs of customers, which involves actively discovering new and innovative use cases for Cloudera's powerful technology suite. You will translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business benefits for clients.
- • You will be instrumental in designing bespoke solutions tailored to your customers' unique needs, leveraging Cloudera's technologies, reference architectures, and established common patterns. This involves a deep understanding of client challenges and the ability to architect effective data solutions.
