• • As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Auth0 platform at Okta, Inc., you will be a pivotal technical expert, deeply embedded in the sales cycle and dedicated to driving customer and partner success. This hybrid role demands a unique blend of software engineering acumen, a profound understanding of identity and access management (IAM), and exceptional customer-facing skills. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with Account Executives and Partner Account Teams to architect and validate innovative identity solutions that address complex business challenges and fuel Okta's growth.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to act as the lead technical and identity domain expert throughout the pre-sales process. This involves delivering compelling product demonstrations, conducting in-depth architecture walkthroughs, and leading engaging whiteboard sessions tailored to diverse audiences, ranging from hands-on developers to C-level executives. You will be adept at translating intricate technical concepts into clear business value, ensuring stakeholders understand the transformative potential of Okta's identity solutions.
• • A significant part of your role will involve leading and supporting technical validation activities, such as Proofs of Concept (PoCs). This requires a proactive approach to understanding customer requirements, designing effective validation strategies, and ensuring successful outcomes that build confidence and accelerate the sales process.
• • You will also play a crucial role in strategic partner development. This entails building and nurturing deep technical relationships with assigned partners, working hand-in-hand with the Okta Partner Account Team to generate incremental revenue through the channel. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping partners integrate Okta into their Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, positioning them for success in the competitive identity landscape.
• • As a trusted advisor to your partners, you will develop and maintain a high level of domain expertise in Identity and Access Management, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. You will also cultivate thought leadership within your partners' specific areas of focus, providing technical oversight, guidance, and assistance throughout their sales processes to ensure mutual success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• • This role requires a proactive and collaborative mindset, working closely with internal sales teams to develop effective territory and account strategies aimed at winning new business. You will be expected to empathize with customers and partners, quickly discern their true needs, and architect solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations, driving tangible business outcomes.
• • The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, offering a remote work arrangement with an anticipated transition to a hybrid office model in the future, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
