- • Partner with Commercial Sales and Success teams to deliver technical presentations that explain ClickUp’s product suite, integrations, and AI-powered workflows to prospective and current clients.
- • Resolve technical challenges faced by commercial clients through hands-on troubleshooting, data migration support, and implementation of custom automation solutions.
- • Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific Proof of Concept (PoC) projects tailored to demonstrate product value and drive conversion.
- • Build dynamic, client-specific dashboards and custom reports for executive stakeholders to visualize workflow efficiency, task management, and productivity gains.
- • Assist in the functional and technical evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate representation of ClickUp’s capabilities and compliance requirements.
- • Maintain updated demo environments and sandbox spaces to reflect the latest product features, integrations, and AI enhancements for sales enablement.
- • Stay current with new product releases, feature updates, and integration capabilities to provide accurate, timely technical guidance to sales and customer success teams.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with client business objectives, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability of ClickUp’s converged workspace.
- • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and product teams, translating client feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
- • Utilize integration platforms such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, and Integromat to connect ClickUp with third-party applications and automate multi-step workflows.
- • Apply knowledge of API usage and web services to enable custom data flows and system interoperability for enterprise clients.
- • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, including autonomous agents for task orchestration, multi-step decisioning, and cross-app integrations.
- • Support organizational change management by educating clients on cloud transformation best practices and strategies for user adoption.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that demands high urgency and optimism in meeting deadlines.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing technical depth with clear communication to both technical and executive audiences.
- • Influence technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on solutions that drive revenue growth, account expansion, and customer retention.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and demo frameworks based on real-world client interactions.
