- • Partner with Commercial Sales and Success teams to deliver technical presentations that explain ClickUp’s product features, integrations, and value propositions to prospective and existing clients.
- • Resolve technical challenges faced by clients through hands-on troubleshooting, data migration support, and implementation of custom automation solutions.
- • Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific Proof of Concept (PoC) projects tailored to demonstrate product capabilities and drive conversion.
- • Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients’ management teams to visualize workflow efficiency and productivity gains.
- • Assist in the functional and technical evaluation of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring accurate alignment between client requirements and ClickUp’s capabilities.
- • Maintain updated demo environments and sandbox spaces to reflect the latest product releases and feature enhancements for sales enablement.
- • Stay current with new product releases, integrations, and AI-powered functionalities to effectively communicate technical advantages to technical and executive audiences.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer success to align on client needs and ensure seamless implementation.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that demands strong prioritization and deadline adherence.
- • Utilize integration platforms such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, and Integromat to connect ClickUp with third-party applications and automate enterprise workflows.
- • Apply knowledge of API usage and web services to enable seamless data flow and system interoperability for client deployments.
- • Support organizational change management by guiding clients through adoption of Cloud-based workflows and demonstrating measurable productivity improvements.
- • Leverage AI platforms to design and implement agentic workflow automations involving autonomous agents, multi-step decisioning, and cross-app task orchestration for scalable enterprise solutions.
- • Influence technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on solutions that drive customer success and accelerate revenue growth.
- • Balance multiple client engagements simultaneously, adapting communication style and technical depth based on audience role and business context.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, demo content, and technical documentation based on real-world client feedback and outcomes.
