- • Partner with Commercial Sales and Success teams to deliver technical presentations that explain ClickUp’s product suite, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities to prospective and current clients.
- • Resolve technical challenges faced by commercial clients through hands-on troubleshooting, data migration support, and implementation of custom automation workflows.
- • Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific Proof of Concept (PoC) projects tailored to demonstrate product value and drive conversion.
- • Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for client management teams to visualize workflow efficiency, task completion, and team performance metrics.
- • Assist in the functional and technical evaluation of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring accurate representation of ClickUp’s capabilities and compliance requirements.
- • Maintain and update demo environments with the latest product features to support sales outreach and client onboarding.
- • Stay current with new product releases, AI enhancements, and integration capabilities to provide accurate, up-to-date technical guidance during client engagements.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align technical solutions with client needs and product roadmap.
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to commercial clients, influencing technical and executive decision-makers to adopt ClickUp as their unified workspace platform.
- • Apply expertise in integration platforms such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, and Integromat to connect ClickUp with third-party applications and automate cross-app workflows.
- • Implement agentic workflow automations using AI platforms to enable autonomous task orchestration, multi-step decisioning, and enterprise-scale productivity gains.
- • Support cloud transformation initiatives by advising on application deployment processes, change management strategies, and organizational adoption frameworks.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that demands high urgency, optimism, and adaptability.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple client-facing tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- • Act as a technical bridge between sales, customer success, and engineering to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales enablement materials, demo scripts, and technical documentation based on real-world client feedback.
- • Represent ClickUp as a technical expert in commercial accounts across the West region, driving net-new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of work sprawl challenges and position ClickUp’s converged AI workspace as the strategic solution to unify tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search.
