• Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in Enterprise AI & Data Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and strategic business objectives, acting as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise clients. You will be instrumental in guiding our customers through the entire lifecycle of their AI and unstructured data initiatives, from initial technical discovery and solution architecture to the successful execution of proof-of-value (POV) projects and early-stage production deployments. This position demands a unique blend of deep infrastructure expertise, exceptional customer-facing communication skills, and a proven ability for hands-on technical execution.
• As a Senior Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to lead deep technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers. This involves thoroughly understanding their current data landscape, identifying key business challenges, and aligning their AI and data initiatives with tangible business outcomes. You will translate complex customer needs into robust, scalable, and secure solution architectures that leverage our cutting-edge AI and data infrastructure capabilities. This requires a comprehensive understanding of on-premises, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid deployment models, ensuring that the proposed solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with the customer's long-term vision and operational realities.
• A significant part of your role will involve delivering compelling and customized technical presentations. This includes designing and conducting tailored product demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions in the context of the customer's specific use cases. You will also lead interactive workshops to deep-dive into technical aspects and conduct executive briefings to communicate the strategic impact and ROI of our proposed solutions to key decision-makers. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to diverse audiences, from technical engineers to C-level executives, will be critical to your success.
• You will take ownership of end-to-end Proof-of-Value (POV) deployments. This hands-on aspect of the role involves overseeing the entire process from initial installation and configuration of our solutions to rigorous validation and performance testing. You will be responsible for troubleshooting any performance, integration, or security issues that arise during the rollout phase, ensuring a seamless and successful evaluation for the customer. This requires a proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Beyond the initial deployment, you will play a crucial role in driving production adoption. This involves developing comprehensive documentation, delivering effective customer enablement sessions, and collaborating with account teams to identify opportunities for expansion and further integration. You will act as the primary technical liaison between our enterprise customers and our internal Product and Engineering teams. This feedback loop is vital for informing product roadmaps, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of the market.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in enterprise infrastructure, including a solid understanding of networking and security principles such as firewalls, Identity and Access Management (IAM), routing, and access controls. Experience working with large-scale unstructured data systems and robust governance models is essential. A working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data preparation techniques, and compliance considerations within data-intensive environments will be highly valued. 🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) within SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid architecture design.
• Solid understanding of networking and security principles (firewalls, IAM, routing, access controls).
• Experience working with large-scale unstructured data systems and governance models.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data preparation, and compliance considerations.
• Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
