• • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, you will be a pivotal member of our customer-facing product expert team, instrumental in driving Grafana Labs' worldwide growth. Your primary mission will be to educate potential and existing customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our observability solutions.
• • You will leverage your deep technical and product expertise to engage customers through compelling demonstrations, hands-on enablement sessions, insightful presentations, and thorough technical evaluations. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and translating them into effective solutions using Grafana Labs technology.
• • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the Sales team. You will act as a technical advisor, helping to qualify opportunities and ultimately contributing to closing complex deals by showcasing the value proposition, vision, and strategy of Grafana Labs.
• • You will be the bridge between our highly technical engineering teams, our customers, and the Sales department, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• • Your responsibilities will include owning the technical engagement with customers, utilizing advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility to navigate and close intricate opportunities.
• • You will deliver impactful product and technical presentations, clearly articulating the benefits and capabilities of the Grafana LGTM Stack (Grafana Mimir, Grafana Loki, Grafana Tempo) and Grafana Cloud.
• • A crucial part of your role will be to effectively communicate with both customers and internal teams, providing valuable feedback on our products and the evolving competitive landscape.
• • You will drive product conversations by deeply understanding customer challenges and aligning them with the solutions Grafana Labs offers.
• • You will contribute to the enhancement of our product's ecosystem by working with the team to improve documentation, author engaging blog posts, create informative videos, contribute to knowledge base articles, and develop other public or private enablement materials.
• • This role demands a strong technical mindset coupled with excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts and our value proposition with clarity and confidence.
