- • As a Senior Specialist in Employee Relations & Transitions, you will independently manage employee exits for Remote’s external employees, ensuring legal compliance, high-quality service, and a positive offboarding experience while providing first-level Employee Relations support to clients navigating workplace concerns.
- • Day to day, you will manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, draft and administer termination documents, lead meetings with clients and external employees, liaise with legal, payroll, and benefits teams, track employee relations cases, mentor junior team members, and drive process improvements through automation and innovation.
- • You will join Remote’s Lifecycle team, a globally distributed, asynchronous workforce spanning 6 continents, dedicated to solving global employment challenges through technology, innovation, and a people-first culture that values ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global HR compliance, influence strategic process improvements, develop leadership capabilities through mentoring, and contribute to shaping the future of work by ensuring compliant, empathetic, and efficient employee lifecycle management across 80+ countries.
