- • As a Senior Specialist in Employee Relations at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as a critical extension of clients’ HR teams, managing complex employee exits and providing first-level Employee Relations support across EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions, ensuring legal compliance and exceptional service delivery.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end employee exits, advising on termination and transfer procedures, leading client meetings on workforce reductions, drafting legally compliant documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Legal, Payroll, Benefits), mentoring junior team members, and driving process improvements through automation and innovation.
- • You will be part of the Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions team at Remote, a fully remote company with team members across 6 continents, dedicated to building a best-in-class HR platform that enables compliant global employment through cutting-edge technology and asynchronous work culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global employment law, enhance your stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, contribute to product and process innovation, and grow as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert in employee relations and offboarding at a scale impacting over 80+ countries.
