  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for hosted clients during implementation and migration processes, addressing technical questions and concerns with specialized expertise.
  • • Coordinate, plan, and implement network security measures to protect client data, software, and hardware infrastructure.
  • • Conduct consistent external client interactions including recurring calls, virtual troubleshooting sessions, and regular email communication.
  • • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system issues affecting hosted environments.
  • • Monitor server performance metrics and recommend or execute performance adjustments to maintain optimal system operation.
  • • Implement, operate, and maintain server, storage, and backup infrastructure systems within cloud-based environments.
  • • Migrate, restore, and configure SQL databases across data centers with precision and minimal downtime.
  • • Actively participate in Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and execution to ensure business continuity for hosted clients.
  • • Manage and maintain the internal Confluence site as the central repository for technical reference materials and procedural documentation.
  • • Facilitate seamless project handoffs from implementation teams to client success teams, ensuring all deliverables are completed and documented.
  • • Apply deep knowledge of cloud computing, database management, and systems integrations to resolve technical challenges across hosted platforms.
  • • Utilize technical tools including Salesforce, SAP, Confluence, Jira, PowerBI, and Mavenlink to support client operations and internal workflows.
  • • Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex technical data and solve multifaceted system issues.
  • • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple client projects and technical documentation simultaneously.
  • • Communicate effectively with both internal technical teams and external clients through clear oral, written, and interpersonal interactions.
  • • Comprehend and apply specialized healthcare industry workflows, particularly in Acute or Ambulatory care settings, to support client-specific needs.
  • • Support broader team objectives through additional duties as assigned by supervisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in cloud-based computing
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • • AWS or other cloud-based certification
  • • Experience with NextGen Healthcare Practice Management or Electronic Health Record systems
  • • General healthcare experience in Acute or Ambulatory settings
