Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full lifecycle of high-value Purchase-Based contracts that protect and grow Organon’s $6.5 B portfolio, ensuring every clause, rebate, and chargeback is executed flawlessly from signature through renewal.
- • Serve as the go-to authority on contract feasibility, translating complex legal language into clear, actionable guidance for Sales, Pricing, Government Pricing, Finance, Legal, Audit, and Compliance teams.
- • Conduct rigorous risk assessments on every agreement—spotting pricing discrepancies, membership eligibility gaps, and regulatory red flags—then design and implement mitigation strategies that safeguard revenue and reputation.
- • Drive continuous compliance by auditing customer data, contract pricing, and performance metrics across multiple enterprise systems; resolve chargeback disputes and payment discrepancies before they escalate.
- • Partner with cross-functional launch teams to embed contract strategies for new Women’s Health and biosimilar products, ensuring channel partners (payers, PBMs, Specialty Pharmacies, government entities) are ready on day one.
- • Optimize end-to-end workflows: redesign templates, automate reporting, and streamline hand-offs so the team can scale without adding headcount.
- • Translate raw contract data into executive-ready dashboards that reveal trends in rebate spend, membership growth, and compliance gaps—empowering leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions.
- • Mentor junior analysts and third-party vendors, setting quality standards and conducting training sessions that raise the bar for accuracy and speed.
- • Champion a culture of customer-centric problem solving: when a national PBM challenges a rebate calculation, you dive into the contract, pull the data, and present a resolution that preserves the relationship and the bottom line.
- • Stay ahead of evolving CMS rules, Medicaid Best Price, and VA FSS requirements, ensuring every new clause or amendment keeps Organon audit-ready.
- • Leverage advanced Excel, SQL-based reporting tools, and contract management systems to build self-service analytics that reduce ad-hoc fire-drills by 30%.
- • Contribute to the broader Market Access community of practice—sharing playbooks, leading lunch-and-learns, and shaping the next generation of contracting talent at Organon.
- • Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role while collaborating across time zones, supported by best-in-class technology and a leadership team that prizes outcomes over hours logged.
