- • Senior Specialist, Social Media Operations I at Contentstack LLC in Bangalore, responsible for owning day-to-day execution and operational excellence of the company’s global organic social presence.
- • Daily responsibilities include monitoring social platforms for engagement and risks, managing incoming social requests, scheduling and publishing content via Sprout Social and native tools, organizing content workflows and assets, co-creating internal playbooks, engaging with followers and stakeholders, conducting social listening and competitor monitoring, supporting employee advocacy programs, contributing to training and enablement efforts, sharing insights for strategy, supporting reporting and campaign promotion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with copywriting and light design/video tasks.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in social media operations at scale, refine organizational and operational skills in a fast-paced B2B/SaaS environment, gain hands-on experience with marketing operations tools, strengthen cross-functional collaboration across global teams, and grow your ability to drive brand consistency and community engagement while contributing to high-impact campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or brand marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- • Excellent organizational skills and strong operational instincts with ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail
- • Hands-on experience with content publishing, advocacy, and marketing operations, including familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Monday.com, Figma, and understanding of social media’s role in the broader marketing ecosystem
- • Clear written communication skills and a strong sense of brand voice
- • Strong interest in culture, trends, and social media with a creative mindset and curiosity for what resonates across platforms
- • Comfort working with global, cross-functional teams and reporting to a U.S.-based manager, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones
