- • Senior Staff BD Account Executive - Autonomy Specialist role focused on driving strategic business development for Shield AI’s advanced autonomous systems in the Middle East region, particularly Abu Dhabi.
- • The role is critical to expanding Shield AI’s market presence by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value defense and security contracts involving autonomous aerial systems like V-BAT and X-BAT, powered by Hivemind AI.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end sales cycles for complex defense contracts, engaging with government and defense stakeholders, developing tailored solutions for autonomous operations, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs.
- • You will work closely with a global, mission-driven team of engineers, operators, and business leaders dedicated to protecting service members and civilians through intelligent autonomous systems.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape Shield AI’s growth in a strategically important region, deepen expertise in defense technology sales, and contribute to mission-critical programs that have real-world impact on national security and operational autonomy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in selling complex defense, aerospace, or aeronautics systems to government or military clients, preferably with experience in unmanned aerial systems (UAS) or autonomous platforms.
- • Deep understanding of Middle East defense procurement processes, key stakeholders, and regional security dynamics, with established relationships in UAE or GCC defense establishments.
- • Ability to translate technical capabilities of autonomous systems (such as Hivemind AI-powered autonomy) into clear value propositions for defense and security end-users.
