📋 Description

• Senior Staff Engineer, CAD & Flow role focused on owning and maintaining critical design automation and DFT infrastructure to support generative AI hardware innovation at d-Matrix Corporation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing scalable automation infrastructure and scripting solutions, supporting DFT-related flows such as SPF extraction, ATPG pattern generation, and comp mode WRP, and enabling EDA tool deployment, integration, and user enablement.
• d-Matrix is a fast-moving, inclusive company at the forefront of software and hardware innovation for generative AI, valuing humility, direct communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
• The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in CAD automation, DFT flows, and EDA toolchains while contributing to cutting-edge AI hardware systems in a technically versatile, execution-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python and TCL scripting skills
• 6+ years of experience building and maintaining CAD/design automation flows
• Hands-on experience with flow setup/automation in at least one of: DFT, PrimePower, LEC, Virtuoso, Voltus/RedHawk
• Synopsys DFT flow experience (preferred)
• Power and signoff flow automation experience (preferred)
• Tool installation, configuration, and infrastructure support experience (preferred)
