đź“‹ Description
- • Horizon3.ai is a rapidly expanding cybersecurity company committed to empowering organizations to proactively identify, remediate, and validate exploitable attack vectors before malicious actors can exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, provides production-safe autonomous penetration testing and other critical assessment operations, designed to scale across extensive internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero is widely adopted by organizations of all sizes, including educational institutions, government agencies, and Global 100 enterprises, and is utilized by IT Ops/SecOps teams, consulting penetration testers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
- • We are a dynamic team comprised of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, experienced startup engineers and operators, and cybersecurity practitioners who have faced and overcome significant industry challenges. Our collective mission is to address common security problems such as ineffective security tools, false positives leading to alert fatigue, operational blind spots, a 'checkbox' security culture, a shortage of cybersecurity talent, and the lengthy, costly process of engaging external consultants. We foster a culture of continuous learning, mutual respect, collaboration, ownership, and a strong focus on achieving results.
- • We are actively seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of our cybersecurity offerings specifically tailored for MSPs and MSSPs. This is a pivotal, strategic role with the responsibility of defining and delivering the essential capabilities that empower our partners to effectively protect, monitor, and serve their diverse customer bases at scale.
- • Your core responsibility will be to own the overarching vision and detailed roadmap for MSP/MSSP-centric features. This includes critical areas such as multi-tenancy architecture, delegated administration frameworks, streamlined security operations workflows, comprehensive reporting capabilities, seamless billing enablement, robust compliance support, and advanced automation features.
- • You will be expected to develop a profound understanding of the intricate operational realities faced by security service providers. This deep insight will be crucial for translating their unique needs into scalable, highly differentiated product capabilities that provide a competitive edge.
- • This role demands exceptional systems thinking, a strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and domains, and the ability to effectively balance technical intricacies with commercial acumen and market awareness.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and key strategic partners, to ensure our platform consistently delivers measurable business outcomes for our service provider clients.
- • As a senior leader within the Product organization, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, exert significant influence on executive-level strategic direction, and serve as the authoritative voice representing our MSP/MSSP customers across the entire organization.
- • You will be responsible for defining clear, actionable success metrics and ensuring the product's delivery aligns with critical goals related to revenue generation, user adoption, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- • Key responsibilities include defining and executing the product strategy for MSP and MSSP customer segments, identifying market opportunities, establishing competitive differentiation, and developing partner monetization models that drive sustained growth and long-term platform adoption.
- • You will own the evolution of our multi-tenant management capabilities, encompassing sophisticated role-based access controls, hierarchical management structures, delegated administration functionalities, and the essential operational controls required by service providers managing hundreds or thousands of end customers.
- • Driving product capabilities that directly support Security Operations Center (SOC) workflows, including efficient alert triage, robust case management, powerful automation tools, insightful reporting, and seamless integration into existing MSP/MSSP tooling ecosystems (such as PSA, RMM, SIEM, and ticketing systems) will be paramount.
- • Defining features that enable partners to effectively meet diverse regulatory and industry compliance requirements across their entire customer base, delivering scalable reporting, comprehensive audit trails, and policy enforcement capabilities aligned with commonly required frameworks by MSP/MSSP clients, is a key objective.
- • Partnering closely with Sales and Finance to shape innovative packaging, flexible pricing models, and effective service enablement strategies that support MSP resale, bundled offerings, and the growth of recurring revenue streams is essential.
- • Developing and maintaining a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap that meticulously balances partner requests, strategic technical investments, market differentiation imperatives, and significant revenue impact, making data-driven prioritization decisions tied directly to measurable business results, will be a core function.
- • Acting as the primary liaison between go-to-market teams and engineering for all service-provider-related needs, engaging directly with key MSP/MSSP customers, participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and advisory boards, and incorporating structured feedback into product planning, will solidify your role as the 'Voice of the Partner'.
- • Collaborating effectively with Engineering, Security, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure the successful launch, enablement, documentation, and widespread adoption of new features at scale is critical for overall success.
- • Defining and diligently monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including partner activation rates, feature adoption metrics, operational efficiency gains for partners, revenue contribution from the segment, churn reduction, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) within the MSP/MSSP segment will be a continuous responsibility.
