- • As a Senior Staff Sales professional at Marvell Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by leading strategic sales initiatives for semiconductor solutions in enterprise, cloud, AI, and carrier markets. Your leadership will directly impact the company’s ability to deliver critical infrastructure technologies that power global data connectivity and innovation.
- • You will develop, manage, and maintain new and existing account relationships while delivering on aggressive sales objectives and securing Design Wins, ensuring long-term customer partnerships and sustained revenue streams through strategic engagement with key decision-makers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, demonstrating creative problem-solving and thought leadership, monitoring and driving team performance with a focus on leadership development for direct reports, and operating effectively within a highly matrixed organizational structure to align cross-functional efforts.
- • You will directly and indirectly manage other skilled sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to build a high-performing team capable of executing complex, multi-touch sales cycles in global accounts.
- • A core expectation is your ability to define and drive team results through superior retention, development, and acquisition skills, leveraging deep market knowledge and established relationships to win and grow strategic accounts in the optical module and related semiconductor markets.
- • You will build and nurture high-level customer relationships in large global accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor whose insights and solutions become fundamental to the customer’s technology roadmap and purchasing decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in industry sales roles, with proven success in global accounts and preferred experience in DSP, driver, or TIA technologies within the semiconductor or optical module market.
- • Exceptional leadership and sales coaching abilities, including demonstrated skills in team building, managing multiple complex sales engagements, and developing high-level customer relationships that drive retention, acquisition, and account growth.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, superior presentation abilities, and fluency in English (both spoken and written), coupled with a BA/BS degree and deep understanding of the optical module market and its dynamics.
