This position is crucial for establishing robust solutions that underpin the building, deployment, and maintenance of the infrastructure for one of the world's largest and most critical identity platforms. You will operate within a dynamic DevOps model, where development and operations teams are seamlessly integrated, driving continuous deployments on a daily basis. Your collaborative efforts will be instrumental in the holistic development, deployment, and ongoing operation of our sophisticated software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and performance for our enterprise clients.
- • In this role, you will be empowered to work both collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently on complex engineering challenges. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve designing and delivering innovative solutions for our software and services, which are hosted on our production cloud infrastructure. Equally important will be your ability to meticulously review and provide constructive feedback on solutions developed by your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning. You will be at the forefront of shaping how our mission-critical enterprise software solutions are developed and deployed. This involves architecting and implementing optimized and automated CI/CD pipelines, which are fundamental to ensuring the delivery of high-quality products with speed and consistency. This includes a strong focus on ensuring resiliency, implementing comprehensive observability, and optimizing costs without compromising performance or security. Proactive and effective communication will be a cornerstone of your success, requiring you to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences across the company. You will be expected to actively share your extensive experience, knowledge, and expertise with colleagues, mentoring and contributing to their professional growth and development. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the planning of future work, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation within our systems and processes. A critical aspect of the role involves performing thorough technology evaluations and selections, ensuring that Ping Identity remains at the cutting edge of technological advancements relevant to our platform. Finally, you will be an integral part of an on-call rotation, dedicating one week every seven weeks to the essential maintenance and support of our cloud solutions, ensuring uninterrupted service for our global customer base.

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with a global presence, we serve some of the world's largest enterprises, including over half of the Fortune 100, fundamentally changing how businesses approach cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.
- • In this Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer role, you will have unparalleled opportunities to deepen your expertise in scalable, distributed systems architecture and gain hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms, particularly GCP. You will hone your skills in programming with Go (Golang) and become proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. This position offers the chance to significantly influence the design and implementation of automated service deployments, encompassing networking, security, reliability, management, reporting, and configuration management. You will gain invaluable experience in defining and implementing best practices for deployment automation and mastering Git workflows in a team environment.
