• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact media programs that define how 750 million weekly viewers discover, watch, and return to JioStar’s platform—from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
• • Translate ambiguous business goals into crisp, executable roadmaps by breaking down complex objectives into phased deliverables, measurable OKRs, and clear success criteria that engineering, product, design, and data science teams can rally behind.
• • Influence the strategic direction of the media product roadmap by synthesizing market trends, user insights, and technical constraints into prioritized initiatives that balance innovation, scalability, and time-to-market pressures.
• • Orchestrate cross-functional pods across multiple time zones, aligning engineering squads, product managers, UX designers, and data scientists on shared timelines, resource needs, and risk-mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery at scale.
• • Proactively identify, quantify, and neutralize program risks—technical, operational, or organizational—by running scenario analyses, defining contingency plans, and communicating trade-offs to senior leadership in concise, data-driven narratives.
• • Drive Agile maturity across the organization by coaching teams on Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, story sizing, and continuous improvement rituals; maintain sprint discipline through rigorous reviews, retrospectives, and JIRA hygiene audits.
• • Champion a culture of accountability and ownership by instituting transparent dashboards, weekly burn-down charts, and visual progress reports that keep stakeholders informed and teams motivated to hit aggressive milestones.
• • Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and execution teams, distilling complex technical updates into executive-friendly briefs, decision memos, and risk heat maps that enable fast, informed decision-making.
• • Mentor junior Technical Program Managers and scrum masters, scaling program management excellence through playbooks, brown-bag sessions, and one-on-one coaching that elevates the entire organization’s delivery capability.
• • Continuously refine internal processes—release management, dependency mapping, capacity planning, and stakeholder communication—to boost velocity, reduce cycle time, and enhance overall engineering productivity.
• • Leverage deep technical fluency to participate in architecture and design reviews, ask incisive second-order questions, and push for resilient, cost-efficient solutions that can handle 10× traffic spikes during marquee sporting events.
