  • • Lead Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) projects, specializing in advanced statistical analyses, modeling, and comprehensive reporting. Ensure all project outputs are meticulously accurate, strategically designed, and fully aligned with client objectives, driving impactful healthcare evidence generation.
  • • Provide critical strategic statistical input across a diverse range of projects. This involves applying state-of-the-art statistical methodologies and offering expert guidance to clients on the most appropriate and effective analytical approaches to address their complex challenges.
  • • Play a pivotal role in shaping the statistical design and planning of studies. Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Specialists, contributing your deep expertise and making informed recommendations to ensure the robust foundation of research initiatives.
  • • Actively support Request for Proposal (RFP) responses by drafting detailed statistical components, contributing strategically to proposal development, and participating in client pitches as needed to secure new business opportunities.
  • • Manage client engagements from initial scoping through to final delivery. This includes overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance, ensuring that all work consistently meets and exceeds agreed-upon goals and client expectations.
  • • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships. Proactively manage client expectations, provide expert advice on methodological considerations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • • Execute complex analytical tasks utilizing clinical, economic, and real-world datasets. Translate intricate findings into clear, concise, and meaningful insights that directly support client decision-making and strategic planning.
  • • Innovate and develop novel analytical approaches and solutions tailored to address specific HEOR and broader healthcare challenges, pushing the boundaries of current methodologies.
  • • Contribute to the development of internal teams by providing training and guidance on advanced statistical methods, thereby strengthening the overall statistical expertise within the consulting group.
  • • Mentor and develop junior colleagues, providing constructive feedback, reviewing their work, and fostering their growth in both technical and consulting skills to build a high-performing team.
  • • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging opportunities, contribute to strategic proposal shaping, and actively support the growth and expansion of the HEOR and statistical consulting offerings.
  • • Assist in refining and evolving consulting methodologies to ensure they remain at the forefront of current statistical thinking and effectively address evolving healthcare trends and client needs.
  • • Utilize advanced statistical techniques such as network meta-analyses (NMA), indirect treatment comparisons (ITC), meta-analysis of individual patient data (IPD), and bespoke analyses including survival analysis, to generate robust evidence.
  • • Work with large, complex datasets derived from clinical trials and real-world data (RWD) sources, ensuring data integrity and appropriate analytical handling.
  • • Apply statistical software proficiency in tools such as WinBUGS, R, STATA, and/or SAS to perform rigorous analyses and generate high-quality outputs.
  • • Engage with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, health economists, and market access specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to evidence generation and strategic advice.
  • • Contribute to the development of value propositions and market access strategies by providing robust statistical evidence to support product value and reimbursement.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest developments in statistical methodology, HEOR research, and regulatory guidelines to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
