- • The Senior Strategic Operations Specialist serves as a key operational partner to the SVP of Operations and Strategic Implementation, supporting executive-level initiatives and driving Catalight’s strategic mission in the behavioral health and IDD services space.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with the SVP to manage competing priorities, preparing executive briefings and presentations, leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, designing and improving operational processes and SOPs, and supporting healthcare network and health plan operations through collaboration with clinical, compliance, and network teams.
- • Catalight Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that values community, equity, boldness, and wellbeing.
- • In this role, the person will develop advanced executive support and project management skills, gain deep expertise in healthcare operations and process improvement, lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact, and grow as a strategic leader in a mission-aligned organization committed to social impact and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace
- • Experience supporting executive-level operations or initiatives
- • Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- • Experience with process design, workflow development, and operational improvement
- • Familiarity with managed care, behavioral health operations, or IDD services
- • Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through DOJ, OIG clearance, and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
