- • Own end-to-end strategic projects including market entry assessments, new business model explorations, and M&A workstreams from ideation to execution.
- • Build analytical frameworks from first principles to deliver decision-ready recommendations within days, not weeks, for the VP of Strategic Initiatives, CEO, and leadership team.
- • Leverage AI to compress research cycles, automate insight generation, and deploy custom AI agents that accelerate decision-making beyond traditional methods.
- • Design and maintain the tracking system for Vibe’s most critical cross-functional initiatives, monitoring milestones, KPIs, owners, and blockers with precision.
- • Synthesize initiative health into clear, actionable briefs for leadership, identifying risks, outlining options, and drafting recommendations.
- • Own the analytical backbone of Business Reviews and Executive Committee (ExCo) meetings in collaboration with Finance, ensuring every forum is prepared, focused, and drives decisions.
- • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation workflows to eliminate manual overhead in governance processes, including pre-read generation, initiative tracking, and action item follow-up.
- • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across the governance system and own the full lifecycle of these AI-driven solutions from concept to deployment.
- • Co-design the operating model, priorities, and scaling roadmap for the newly formed Strategic Initiatives team, establishing standards rather than following existing ones.
- • Translate ambiguous strategic mandates from founders and executives into structured, executable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- • Operate with equal fluency across Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to align goals, uncover dependencies, and drive cross-functional execution.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on impact, ambition, and urgency, ensuring all work ties directly to tangible business outcomes and accelerates company growth.
- • Drive a culture of ownership by acting autonomously, defaulting to action, and holding yourself accountable to results—not effort or hours.
- • Deliver written communication that distills complex analysis into concise one-pagers that compel executive-level decisions.
- • Contribute to building a world-class strategic initiatives function from the ground up, shaping its structure, tools, and playbook as Vibe scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 to 6 years of experience running a market, launch, or function with demonstrable results
- • Strong analytical and structured thinking: ability to build frameworks from first principles and turn them into rapid, executive-grade decisions
- • Exceptional written communication: ability to distill complexity into one-pagers that drive executive action
- • Cross-functional fluency: credible understanding and ability to operate across Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering
- • Demonstrated AI fluency: built or shipped AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations to eliminate manual work
- • Ability to thrive in a high-speed, high-ownership environment with minimal direction
