- • Join a well-funded Series C company on a mission to heal a fragmented healthcare system by connecting providers, payors, and patients.
- • As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll be a key part of the team, dictating the trajectory of critical initiatives and working closely with functional leaders across Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product.
- • Generate insights to inform executive decisions, execute on recommendations, lead external partnerships, implement internal operational processes, and support forecasting and planning.
- • This role comes with great responsibility, and we expect you to be rigorous in your work.

- • Generate insights that help the executive team make the most critical decisions that inform how Verse positions and prioritizes different product offerings.
- • In most cases, execute on your own recommendations and implement entire programs or initiatives as an operational or business development lead.
- • Lead external partnerships as either a project manager or de facto salesperson.
- • Implement internal operational processes and serve as the “glue” between various internal operating functions.
- • Support forecasting and planning in partnership with Analytics, Finance, and BizOps teams.

- • 5+ years in a banking, consulting, startup, or otherwise rigorous role.
- • First-principles thinking: in most cases, the work we’re doing has fundamentally never been done before, at Verse or elsewhere.
- • Quantitative and analytical skills: all of our team members are expected to have solid numerical instincts and modeling skills.
- • Partnerships and sales: all of our team members should expect to carry the baton in some external relationship at some point.
- • Implementation and execution: the best team members not only produce insights, recommendations, strategies, but do whatever it takes to make sure these actually come to life.
