• • Senior Supply Manager at Fleek Technologies Inc. responsible for owning the strategy and execution behind acquiring, retaining, and growing the supplier base that powers the B2B marketplace for secondhand fashion.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying high-potential supplier segments and geographies, aligning supply with demand, designing supplier engagement and retention programs, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring marketplace supply health, reporting on supply performance, coordinating with finance, and driving supplier marketing.
• • Fleek Technologies Inc. is building the AI-native infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade through its B2B marketplace and FleekSort AI model, having saved 9 million items from landfill since 2022 and raised ~$50M from top investors including a16z and Y Combinator.
• • The role offers the opportunity to build a supply acquisition engine from the ground up in a fragmented, offline industry, with direct impact on marketplace liquidity, category coverage, and revenue, working cross-functionally with demand, marketing, finance, and senior leadership in a high-ownership, fast-moving startup environment.
