• • You will be instrumental in translating complex customer challenges into elegant, measurable business outcomes by architecting and presenting comprehensive solutions that leverage the entire Pure Storage portfolio, as well as complementary technologies from our ecosystem partners.
• • Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with account managers, specialized sales teams, and channel partners to deliver a seamless, unified customer experience, driving significant revenue growth and securing net-new business opportunities.
• • Act as a beacon of technical leadership and domain expertise, captivating customers and internal teams with your profound knowledge of storage products, distributed storage architectures, advanced file systems, and a keen understanding of competitive offerings across DAS, NAS, and SAN product spaces.
• • Take full ownership of the technical evaluation process, expertly guiding customers through proof-of-concepts, performance benchmarks, and intricate system configurations to solidify the technical win.
• • Craft and deliver compelling, high-impact technical product and architecture presentations that resonate with clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and technical superiority of Pure Storage solutions.
• • Masterfully capture customer requirements, transforming their strategic business needs into innovative, forward-thinking solutions designed to accelerate their growth, enhance their capacity, and future-proof their data infrastructure.
• • Proactively identify and champion opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing and validation, ensuring our solutions are robust, reliable, and optimized for diverse environments.
• • Engage in strategic roadmap and planning exchanges with customers, fostering deeper relationships and aligning Pure Storage's future development with their evolving technological landscape.
• • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Technical Marketing teams to develop impactful collateral, including whitepapers and web presentations, that strategically support alliance plans and amplify our market presence.

• • Provide deep technical expertise on virtualization technologies like VMware, local area networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking principles, ensuring seamless integration of storage solutions within complex IT infrastructures.
• • Leverage your understanding of modern web architectures, including LAMP stacks, scale-out vs. scale-up designs, AWS Well-Architected Framework principles, and microservices, to architect resilient and scalable solutions.
• • Demonstrate a strong aptitude for Linux environments, including deep familiarity with NFS file systems and distributed network configurations, essential for many SLED and government deployments.
• • Possess hands-on experience with the installation and configuration of distributed computing systems, multiprocessing, virtual memory subsystems, storage subsystem architectures, shared memory, cache mechanisms, and windowing systems.
• • Showcase a strong understanding of storage-intensive applications and their specific requirements, such as structured databases (SQL, Oracle), which are critical for many government and enterprise workloads.
• • Be the go-to expert for evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations, ensuring successful technical validation and customer confidence.
• • Contribute significantly to responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, providing technically sound and compelling proposals that highlight Pure Storage's advantages.
