- • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and interview processes for technical and G&A functions.
- • Lead end-to-end recruitment for product and engineering roles, managing all stages from job kick-off through offer extension and onboarding.
- • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in competitive markets, with a focus on scaling technology businesses.
- • Manage and nurture candidate pipelines to ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and timely candidate experience across all hiring stages.
- • Provide data-driven insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and market conditions to inform hiring decisions and strategic planning.
- • Design and implement structured, efficient hiring processes that enhance quality, speed, and consistency across global hiring needs.
- • Coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, objective assessment, and inclusive hiring techniques to improve hiring outcomes.
- • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns to strengthen Paddle’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- • Identify and drive improvements in TA operations, including tooling, reporting, workflows, and system integration to increase efficiency.
- • Support international hiring and distributed team recruitment across 245 territories, ensuring compliance with local labor practices and cultural considerations.
- • Use ATS platforms and recruitment systems effectively to track, report, and optimize hiring metrics and pipeline health.
- • Balance multiple active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high standards for candidate experience and hiring quality.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions through strategic counsel, market intelligence, and operational expertise.
- • Champion inclusive hiring practices by eliminating bias in job descriptions, interview panels, and selection criteria.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with company growth goals and organizational priorities.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving talent trends in fintech and SaaS sectors to ensure Paddle remains competitive in attracting top-tier talent.
- • Monitor and refine recruitment KPIs to continuously improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction scores.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant in-house recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or scaling technology businesses
- • Proven experience hiring across technical functions and seniority levels, ideally within scaling technology businesses
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- • Demonstrated success managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- • Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
- • Strong understanding of structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices
