- • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from the initial requisition creation to the final offer acceptance. This involves meticulously managing each stage to guarantee a seamless and positive experience for every candidate, reflecting Semtech's commitment to excellence.
- • You will forge strong partnerships with key business leaders, staffing teams, and hiring managers. Your ability to deeply understand their needs and collaboratively develop effective hiring solutions will be crucial to achieving our strategic talent objectives and driving business growth.
- • A core responsibility will be the proactive and strategic sourcing of candidates. - • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment on talent strategies, compensation benchmarks, and overall candidate experience, fostering a cohesive approach to talent management.
- • Maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our recruitment operations is paramount. This includes ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and providing hiring managers with timely, insightful updates on recruitment progress and market intelligence.
- • Continuous improvement is a driving force. You will stay abreast of the latest industry trends, cutting-edge recruitment best practices, and the evolving talent needs within the semiconductor sector. This knowledge will empower you to refine and enhance our recruitment strategies, ensuring Semtech consistently attracts the best.
- • Building and nurturing relationships with academic institutions, technical colleges, and relevant industry associations will be a vital part of your role, helping to cultivate a pipeline of both emerging and seasoned technical talent.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- • 7+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have recruited within the semiconductor, electronics, or broader high-tech industries.
- • Proven expertise in recruiting for a wide spectrum of niche technical roles, including but not limited to hardware and software engineers, analog and digital design engineers, and high-speed test engineers.
- • Demonstrated understanding of semiconductor technologies and the specific roles prevalent in this industry, encompassing microelectronics, IC design, chip development, and related engineering disciplines.
- • Proficiency with various recruiting platforms and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and specialized technical job boards, alongside a strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
