  • • Lead and drive operational excellence in Talent Acquisition by identifying systemic improvements, reengineering processes, and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and compliance
  • • Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and HR Analytics teams to build, maintain, and interpret recruiting dashboards and reports that measure effectiveness, productivity, and impact
  • • Function as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, troubleshooting system issues for recruiters, hiring managers, and specialists, and ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality
  • • Document, own, and maintain version control of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system-generated communications, training materials, and TA-related processes
  • • Analyze TA data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and proper interpretation
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence adoption of new systems, tools, and processes, driving alignment and decision-making across HR and recruitment stakeholders
  • • Manage third-party vendor relationships for TA technology support and background check services, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for automation and innovation
  • • Co-manage the Work Authorization vendor relationship, ensuring compliance with background check guidelines and supporting the TA Operations Manager and Specialists
  • • Conduct audits of recruiting practices to mitigate risk, ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, and protect the company’s reputation and brand
  • • Develop and deliver training content for recruiters and specialists on system usage, process updates, and best practices in talent acquisition
  • • Maintain weekly tracking reports and provide actionable insights on recruitment metrics and operational performance
  • • Support and lead key Talent Acquisition projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
  • • Demonstrate advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential and sensitive HR information with discretion
  • • Exercise independent judgment in decision-making and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through verbal and written formats, including presentations using audio/visual tools
  • • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, including Workday functionality, integrations, and other sourcing platforms utilized by the Talent Acquisition team
  • • Ensure all TA processes and systems support regulatory compliance, data governance, and ethical recruitment practices

🎯 Requirements

  • • Five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • • Advanced Workday knowledge
  • • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures, HR technology, and sourcing platforms
  • • Experience managing and leading others through change
  • • Process improvement and project implementation experience
