📋 Description

• Senior Talent Acquisition Associate - Gaming role at Voodoo SAS, a leading mobile publisher with 7 billion downloads and 200 million active users, responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for gaming studios to support business growth and talent strategy.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates for gaming roles (C#, Game Artist, Studio Director), partnering with hiring managers on role development and interview strategy, managing candidate referrals, sourcing passive talent through creative methods, ensuring positive candidate experience, and improving recruiting processes and metrics.
• Voodoo SAS is a French tech leader headquartered in Paris with 800 employees, where the Talent Acquisition team reports directly to the CEO and focuses on aligning hiring with business strategy to attract top global talent for its portfolio of hit games and apps.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in tech and product hiring within the gaming industry, build strong business partnerships with hiring managers, enhance your sourcing and analytical skills, and contribute to process innovation in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years of experience in recruitment
• Passion and expertise in Tech and product hiring
• Fluent in English and French
