- • The Litigation Paralegal role at Morgan & Morgan is critical to supporting attorneys in personal injury and related practice areas, directly contributing to the firm’s mission of being 'For the People' by defending consumers against powerful entities.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits; e-filing court documents; conducting legal research and factual investigations; drafting discovery materials; coordinating depositions; organizing trial exhibits and binders; communicating with clients, courts, and counsel; and assisting with witness preparation and case settlements.
- • Morgan & Morgan is a nationwide personal injury law firm with over 6,000 employees across all 50 states, dedicated to protecting individual rights through litigation advocacy, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and client-centered service.
- • In this role, the paralegal will develop advanced litigation support skills, deepen expertise in personal injury law, improve organizational and communication abilities in a fast-paced legal environment, and gain experience working closely with attorneys on complex cases from discovery through trial.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
- • Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- • Required experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises, First Party, Medical Malpractice, or other injury-related practice areas
- • At least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting
- • Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
