📋 Description
- • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in executing talent acquisition strategy to hire top talent for dentsu, partnering with hiring managers and sourcing specialists to define recruiting strategies and guide candidates through the interview process.
- • Day to day, you will set expectations with hiring managers around timelines and market insights, manage 12-15 requisitions simultaneously, monitor Workday to move qualified applicants into interviews, coordinate with hiring teams to shepherd candidates through the process, extend offers, and mentor junior team members.
- • You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team at dentsu, collaborating closely with HR, business partners, and sourcing specialists to attract, engage, and select qualified candidates aligned with talent plans and timelines, with a focus on external talent mapping, diversity & inclusion, sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, negotiation, and employment branding.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in full-lifecycle recruiting, gain hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, enhance data-driven recruitment practices, and build leadership abilities through mentoring junior colleagues.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
- • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters preferred)
- • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with hiring managers
- • Exposure to and baseline knowledge of leveraging data and reports to demonstrate hiring results
- • Ability to consistently exhibit superior customer service, including under pressure to meet tight timelines
- • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
