• • Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for senior-level technical and non-technical roles across multiple clients in Breakmark’s portfolio, playing a critical role in helping high-growth tech companies build exceptional teams.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles, sourcing and engaging top global talent using data-driven and creative strategies, managing talent pipelines via modern ATS tools, and collaborating with internal consultants to share best practices and improve recruitment outcomes.
