- • Own the entire talent acquisition lifecycle—from first intake to signed offer—for high-impact roles spanning software engineering, hardware engineering, design, product, data science, and operations. You will source, screen, interview, and close exceptional candidates who will define the next generation of AI-powered products.
- • Act as a strategic talent advisor to founders, VPs, and team leads across Hong Kong and U.S. sites. Translate business roadmaps into hiring forecasts, advise on org design, and present data-driven insights on market availability, compensation trends, and competitor moves to keep leadership two steps ahead.
- • Build and nurture evergreen talent pipelines for both niche (computer-vision engineers, robotics firmware leads) and high-volume (full-stack, UX) roles. Combine advanced LinkedIn X-ray searches, GitHub mining, targeted events, employee-referral turbo-charges, and university partnerships to create a self-replenishing candidate pool.
- • Architect and run the company’s flagship intern and graduate programs. Design assessment centers, mentor cohorts, and convert top interns into full-time hires. Strengthen ties with HKUST, HKU, CUHK, and key U.S. campuses to position the brand as the destination for elite early-career AI talent.
- • Continuously refine recruiting infrastructure—optimize Greenhouse workflows, craft scorecards, automate scheduling, and build dashboards that track funnel metrics, time-to-fill, diversity ratios, and quality-of-hire. Your obsession with process excellence will cut friction for both candidates and hiring teams.
- • Elevate the employer brand across every touchpoint: craft compelling job posts, ghost-write technical blogs, host meet-ups and hackathons, and represent the company at global conferences. Your storytelling will turn passive prospects into enthusiastic applicants and vocal advocates.
- • Champion an unrivaled candidate experience. From first email to onboarding day, ensure every interaction reflects the company’s values of curiosity, craftsmanship, and respect. Collect feedback, iterate relentlessly, and watch offer-accept rates climb.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR business partners, finance, legal, and office ops to align offers, relocation packages, visa strategies, and equity plans—delivering seamless onboarding that makes new hires productive within week one.
