📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for Commercial and Engineering verticals at Deltia Robotics, managing all stages from intake to offer negotiation
- • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, agencies, and direct pipelines to build robust talent pipelines for senior and technical roles
- • Coach hiring managers on improving intake quality, conducting structured interviews, and calibrating decision-making to ensure consistent and fair evaluations
- • Monitor and optimize recruitment process health by identifying bottlenecks, flagging risks early, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- • Provide market intelligence on compensation benchmarking, talent pool mapping, and hiring strategy recommendations to align with business growth goals
- • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to vertical leads, advising on org design, headcount planning, and broader people-related topics as the company scales
- • Self-manage prioritization across multiple competing hiring needs and deadlines, escalating issues proactively when necessary to maintain hiring velocity
- • Maintain deep understanding of technical and commercial talent landscapes, particularly in AI, machine learning, and manufacturing technology sectors
- • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, industry networks, and academic institutions to support long-term talent acquisition goals
- • Contribute to shaping Deltia’s employer brand and hiring practices to attract top-tier talent in a competitive AI-driven manufacturing environment
- • Collaborate with leadership to ensure ethical AI principles are reflected in hiring practices and workplace culture
- • Work within a flat hierarchy with open 360° feedback culture, adapting processes to evolving organizational needs while maintaining high standards of fairness and inclusion
- • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively identifying and removing barriers to hiring underrepresented groups in tech and engineering
- • Maintain fluency in English to communicate effectively across international teams (German language proficiency is a preferred asset)
- • Ensure all hiring practices align with Deltia’s commitment to ethical AI development and inclusive workplace standards
- • Engage with a globally diverse team of over 10 nationalities working on cutting-edge AI software with real-world industrial impact
- • Participate in networking opportunities with industry professionals and leaders to support both organizational growth and personal career development
- • Contribute to building scalable hiring infrastructure that supports rapid company growth without compromising quality or candidate experience
- • Balance strategic HRBP responsibilities with hands-on recruitment execution, adapting role focus as business needs evolve
- • Maintain accurate records and metrics on recruitment performance, funnel metrics, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates to inform data-driven decisions
