- • Senior Talent Partner (Clinical) role focused on building Counsel’s physician hiring function at a pivotal moment as the company scales its AI-native medical group to serve hundreds of thousands of patients.
- • Own full-cycle physician hiring from sourcing to offer and credentialing hand-off, partner with CMO and clinical leadership to define hiring standards, design innovative sourcing campaigns, and serve as a trusted advisor on market intelligence and candidate evaluation.
- • Join a mission-driven team combining elite medical expertise (Harvard, Mt. Sinai, Mass General, UCSF) with top-tier technology talent (MIT, Google, DeepMind, NVIDIA, Meta) to build the first fully-vertical, AI-native medical group transforming care delivery.
- • Shape Counsel’s clinical talent strategy, raise hiring bars, and directly impact how AI-enabled care is delivered by building a high-density physician team that defines excellence in digital health.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience with majority focused on physicians (MDs and DOs)
- • Deep fluency in evaluating clinicians on clinical judgment, digital-first mindset, and culture beyond just credentials
- • Telehealth or digital health background with experience recruiting in high-growth virtual care or health-tech environments
- • Strong command of Ashby ATS with focus on data integrity and analytics
- • Track record of closing senior and niche clinical roles through outbound sourcing
- • Genuine obsession with talent density and quality, including pushing back on mediocre hires and building high-impact teams
