- • Own end-to-end US hiring for GTM and product organisations, including senior leadership hires partnering directly with the President, COO, and Chief Product Officer, as well as strategic sales, technical sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing roles.
- • Build and execute an outbound-heavy talent acquisition strategy that converts cold prospects into engaged candidates, leveraging deep networks in the NYC GTM talent market.
- • Design and implement AI-native hiring workflows using tools like Ashby, Metaview, and SourceWhale, including building custom automations, dashboards, and sourcing agents to elevate hiring efficiency and quality.
- • Serve as the first on-the-ground Talent Partner in the US, anchoring hyperexponential’s employer brand presence in New York through events, market outreach, and candidate conversations that shape perception of hx in the local ecosystem.
- • Deliver consistent, high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment with urgency and judgement, prioritising candidate experience and hiring manager partnership equally.
- • Provide market intelligence to the business on competitive compensation trends, hiring benchmarks, and talent movements across fintech, insurtech, and AI companies in the US.
- • Collaborate with the global Talent team (based in London and Warsaw) across time zones to align hiring priorities, share best practices, and scale a lean, AI-driven talent function.
- • Partner with investors (a16z, Battery Ventures) to co-host events and amplify hx’s visibility in the NYC tech and insurtech talent market.
- • Drive employer branding initiatives by turning every candidate interaction into a brand-building moment, ensuring consistency in messaging and representation of hx’s mission and culture.
- • Act as a builder within the Talent function — shipping your own tools, redesigning hiring workflows, and continuously innovating beyond standard ATS usage to set new standards for modern recruiting.
- • Hire across a broad spectrum of roles, including rare specialist positions such as actuarial talent, while maintaining a rigorous bar for foundational GTM roles like Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
- • Maintain zero tolerance for complacency; continuously evolve hiring strategies in response to rapid advancements in AI tooling and market dynamics.
- • Operate hybrid, based in the NYC office three days per week, to foster in-person collaboration with the lean US team of 17 and ensure alignment with leadership.

- • Owned and delivered end-to-end hiring across GTM functions (sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing) at a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or AI company, including senior leadership and enterprise sales roles.
- • Built a strong, active network within the US GTM talent market — particularly in NYC — with proven ability to generate inbound and outbound engagement from passive candidates.
- • Used Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms as a builder: designed dashboards, shipped automations, and leveraged data to drive stakeholder conversations.
- • Operated within an AI-leveraged talent function: built AI-native workflows, implemented automation tools, and hold strong, current opinions on the future of AI in hiring.
- • Closed candidates with competing offers from top-tier competitors, FAANG-equivalent compensation packages, or those whose stated motivations did not align with their actions.
- • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously across time zones as the first US-based Talent Partner in a global team.
