- • Own end-to-end top-of-funnel talent sourcing across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations functions across the US, Canada, EU, and India.
- • Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels with a focus on outbound outreach.
- • Build and maintain scalable, high-quality candidate pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and future roles.
- • Collaborate directly with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and align on role requirements.
- • Design, test, and iterate on sourcing strategies including messaging, channel selection, and targeting techniques to improve response and conversion rates.
- • Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools and automation workflows to enhance speed, scale, and quality of candidate identification.
- • Utilize advanced search techniques including Boolean logic, X-ray search, and reverse engineering of candidate profiles to uncover passive talent.
- • Manage and optimize use of ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- • Work autonomously across multiple concurrent hiring initiatives without supervision, maintaining organization and prioritization.
- • Craft compelling, personalized outreach messages that consistently generate replies and drive candidate engagement.
- • Contribute to shaping DualEntry’s sourcing playbook by introducing innovative methods and tools aligned with AI-driven recruitment trends.
- • Support global hiring efforts across diverse geographies while maintaining cultural and time-zone awareness, with required overlap to NYC (ET) hours.
- • Operate in a high-speed, high-trust environment with ownership over outcomes and direct impact on hiring velocity and team growth.
- • Act as a strategic partner in scaling a world-class team for a fast-growing AI startup disrupting a $220B ERP market.
- • Contribute to building a culture of excellence by raising the bar on candidate experience and sourcing quality from day one.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably at a high-growth tech company
- • Proven track record in outbound sourcing, pipeline creation, and candidate engagement
- • Proficiency in advanced search techniques including Boolean logic, X-ray search, and similar methods
- • Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or LinkedIn Recruiter
- • Strong written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft outreach that generates replies
- • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple functions and roles simultaneously without oversight

- • Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD (US/Canada), €70,000–€100,000 (EU), ₹50,00,000–₹66,00,000 INR (India)
- • Equity: $40,000–$53,000 USD (US/Canada), €23,000–€33,000 (EU), ₹16,50,000–₹21,78,000 INR (India)
- • 27 PTO days inclusive of public holidays
