đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Cyberhaven Inc., you will serve as a critical technical escalation point for enterprise customers using the company’s AI-powered DLP and Insider Threat platform, ensuring rapid resolution of complex security incidents while building deep expertise in cutting-edge data protection technologies.
- • You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues reported by customers across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, reproduce problems to validate root causes, and document reproducible steps for engineering teams, directly contributing to product improvement and customer satisfaction.
- • You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering, product, and operations teams, coordinating escalations, translating technical findings into actionable feedback, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and product roadmap priorities.
- • You will proactively monitor customer usage patterns, conduct regular health check-ins, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize platform effectiveness, reduce false positives, and enhance threat detection coverage across enterprise endpoints.
- • You will develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles, support documentation, and troubleshooting guides, empowering both customers and internal teams with self-service resources that reduce resolution time and improve scalability.
- • You will manage multiple high-priority customer accounts simultaneously, balancing urgent escalations with long-term relationship building, setting clear expectations, and driving stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication and meticulous follow-through.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring that technical resolutions are not only timely but also strategically aligned with customer security objectives and compliance requirements.
- • You will stay current with evolving cybersecurity trends, including SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, and endpoint management technologies (SCCM, Intune, GPO, MDM), applying this knowledge to anticipate customer needs and recommend proactive security posture improvements.
- • You will leverage strong debugging skills — analyzing logs, interpreting diagnostic outputs, managing processes, and navigating kernel-level agents and services — to diagnose complex interactions between Cyberhaven’s agents and enterprise software ecosystems.
- • You will grow into a trusted technical advisor and internal expert on Cyberhaven’s platform, gaining rare visibility into how AI-driven data lineage transforms traditional DLP, positioning you at the forefront of next-generation data security innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting EDR, DLP, Insider Threat, or CASB solutions in a customer-facing technical role (L2/L3 support, Technical Account Management, or Escalation Engineering).
- • Deep technical proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint environments, including SCCM, GPO, Intune, MDM, PowerShell, terminal/command-line operations, registry configuration, and agent/service troubleshooting.
- • Proven ability to analyze system logs, debug software issues, and trace problems across kernel drivers, services, and user-space applications in enterprise security environments.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with demonstrated success translating technical details for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Experience working with adjacent security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, or UEBA is highly desirable.
- • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to document processes, track timelines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain comprehensive knowledge base content.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-enabled data lineage technology that is redefining the DLP and insider threat landscape, backed by $250M in funding from top-tier investors including Khosla Ventures and Redpoint.
- • Direct exposure to and collaboration with elite engineering talent from industry leaders such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, Google, and Palantir, accelerating your technical growth in enterprise security.
- • A mission-driven culture focused on protecting customers’ most valuable data, where your work directly contributes to preventing real-world data breaches and intellectual property theft.
- • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as an equal opportunity employer, fostering a workplace where all backgrounds and identities are valued and respected.
- • Hybrid or remote-friendly work environment within the United States, offering flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration and customer engagement.
- • Professional development opportunities through access to internal training, technical deep-dives, and cross-functional projects that expand your expertise beyond traditional support roles.
