- • As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Veeam Software, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our valued customers in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, ensuring they derive maximum value from our industry-leading data resilience and data security posture management solutions.
- • Your mission is to act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive support and expert management throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing optimization and beyond.
- • You will be instrumental in architecting, planning, coordinating, and managing post-sales technical engagements, focusing on delivering robust availability solutions that encompass data protection, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of complex IT environments, including data management, data analytics, business continuity, data center operations, cloud infrastructure, operating systems, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- • You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of consulting services, ensuring Veeam Software solutions are designed and implemented to meet specific customer requirements and business objectives.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve providing comprehensive project guidance, which includes developing detailed project plans, establishing realistic schedules, creating effective communication plans, managing resource allocation, and delivering regular status updates to stakeholders.
- • You will actively participate in the assessment and design phases of customer solutions, offering expert recommendations and troubleshooting any post-installation issues to ensure seamless operation.
- • Accurately estimating the effort required for Veeam Software solution implementations will be crucial for project planning and client expectation management.
- • You will be expected to create high-quality technical documentation, including white papers, solution guides, best practices documentation, and custom guides tailored to specific client needs, enhancing knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
- • Delivering onsite knowledge transfer sessions to customers, empowering their teams with the expertise to effectively manage and utilize Veeam Software solutions, will be a significant part of your responsibilities.
- • Meticulously documenting configurations and all completed activities ensures a clear record of implemented solutions and facilitates future support and maintenance.
- • You will conduct thorough analyses of customers' installed environments, providing expert guidance on optimal Veeam Software configurations to maximize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- • Acting as a facilitator, you will ensure smooth and efficient communication between the client and Veeam's support teams, expediting issue resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- • Proactively identify additional customer needs and opportunities within their IT infrastructure where Veeam Software solutions can provide further value, contributing to account growth and customer satisfaction.
- • You will be encouraged to provide valuable input for the continuous improvement of Veeam's processes, methodologies, and documentation, leveraging your field experience to enhance our offerings.
- • This role may require overnight business stays to effectively meet company goals and objectives, ensuring comprehensive support for our regional clientele.
